Kennissessie ‘Wijkgericht werken’ op 27 februari 2024
Eind februari verzamelden ruim 50 mensen zich in het ABC Architectuurcentrum. Een kennissessie over wijkgericht werken, georganiseerd door Pré Wonen. Deelnemers afkomstig van corporaties, gemeente, ontwikkelaars en welzijn kregen 3 inleidingen voorgeschoteld en gingen daarna zelf aan de slag in 4 workshops en met enthousiasme!

Uit alle workshops kwam naar voren dat we elkaar nodig hebben, dat een combinatie van sociaal en fysiek noodzakelijk is. Het begint met een goede probleemanalyse en daarna onderzoeken en besluiten wat de beste aanpak is, waarbij vanuit ieders deskundigheid wordt bijgedragen. Het gaat om de leefomgeving, de sociale aanpak, woningprogramma en woninggebruik. Maar waar het vooral om gaat is de wil om gezamenlijk bij te dragen aan de opgaven die er zijn om de buurt. Er was ook een helder pleidooi om niet over de bewoners te praten c.q. te beslissen, maar de bewoners ook echt te betrekken. Wordt vervolgd, de eerste afspraken zijn al gemaakt.
